Messerschmitt Bf-109A WWII German fighter

Bf-109A was the first serial modification of the famous WWII fighter. It was constructed by Willy Messerschmitt at the Bayerische Flugzeugwerke AG in Augsburg. First flight of Me-109V-1 took place in May 28th 1935. The serial production was started in 1936. There were produced 20(22) exemplars of Bf-109A. Most of them were sent to Spain in 1937.
